LGBTQIA+ Diversity & Inclusion Training
Sexual orientation and gender reassignment are protected characteristics under the Equality Act (2010), meaning it is illegal to discriminate against somebody on the basis of their sexuality or trans status. Unfortunately, many LGBTQIA+ people still experience discrimination within the workplace, often due to a lack of understanding about queer identities from other workers. We offer training to management and to employees to ensure that your workplace is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ employees and customers/service users.
